RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Overview

Orders are packed to a very high standard and are individually checked before sending out to ensure you are sent the items that you ordered.

If we do send you an incorrect or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, and return it to us within 14 days of receipt to receive an exchange or refund. Refunds or exchanges are not available for any other reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to return an item, please email us at [email protected] before sending your item back. Please provide your order number for proof of purchase, and the reason for requesting an exchange or refund, along with your contact details. We will then provide you with details on how to return your goods.

Please note that if you require a refund, you will receive a full refund on the item and the original postage costs. You will not be refunded the cost of returning the item to us. Exchanges will only be sent on receipt of the returned item.

You will be advised of the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and when your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
